Our Policy
We offer free and easy returns and exchanges. Items returned within 30 days of order are eligible for a refund. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all required clothing tags intact. If the return does not meet our policy, we will return it to you.
Return and Exchange Process
If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and delivery zip code. Once confirmed, you can select the item you want to return.
For exchanges, you can try a new color/size of any style when selecting the returned item. Please note that this is subject to stock availability.
Once our team confirms, you will receive a prepaid return label email within 24 hours. Please place the item in the original packaging and reseal it. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outer packaging of the item and contact directly to arrange collection.
Refunds and Gift Cards
Once your return item arrives at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. It may take 10-14 business days for your bank to process the refund.
